The Rycote Windshield Kit for Sennheiser MKH 416 includes a suspension mount, windjammer, windshield and necessary extensions all designed for use with the popular Sennheiser MKH 416.
A Lyre suspension system isolates the microphone in conjunction with the included captive cable, minimizing handling noise, while the basket windshield and windjammer facilitates wind attenuation while preserving transparent audio transmission.
Though optimized for the Sennheiser MKH416, it is also fully compatible with the following microphones:
- Schoeps CMIT 5U
- DPA 4017B
- Sanken CS-3e and CS-2
- Neumann KMR 81i
- Rode NTG3
