Leica Summicron-C Primes are a lighter, smaller option compared to the Leica Summilux-C lenses. The smaller size makes these lenses perfect for small rigs or gimbal work.
The modern design of the Summicron-C lenses keeps distortion low with a sharp image and great color rendition. Even going to the 18mm, there is barely any distortion created by the lens.
The Leica Summicron-Cs cover all Super 35 sensors and are capable of covering a few larger sensors. These lenses can also be compared to the Arri Ultra Primes as a great alternative.
