1-Ton Grip Van

Designed for speed and flexibility on location, the 1-Ton Grip Van features a combination of custom shelves and carts that keep productions mobile, with space for additional lighting and camera gear. Rental grip vans come pre-loaded with robust grip, electric, and expendables packages that ensure you’ll have everything you need to handle the surprises of the day.
Our 1-ton grip vans are all Sprinters, rated for 4000+ pounds of payload and easy to drive and maneuver, even in urban spaces. The majority of our 1-ton grip vans are model year 2021 or newer, and they all include a secure cargo area and a ramp or liftgate for easy loading and unloading. We design all our grip vehicles with safety in mind, including a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and traffic cones.
A Red Star 1-ton grip van rental is the perfect fit for interviews, corporate videos, short films, small commercials, and any production looking to stay small and nimble. Your rental includes the van and the equipment package. Mileage, delivery, and any expendables used will be charged separately. Rented vehicles require proof of insurance and a licensed driver.
